Here's how to check available space if your Galaxy Note9 runs slow / crashes, apps freeze or you can't save media.
To free up space if your device runs slow or crashes/resets, apps freeze when running them, or you can't save media, view this info.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate
    Settings Settings icon
    Device care
    Storage
    .
  3. View the Available space.
    If an SD / memory card is inserted , tap
    SD card
     (at the bottom) then view the Available space.
If the device memory is full, these items may be moved from internal storage to SD / memory card or removed from the device:
