Here's how to turn the Mobile Hotspot for your Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3 on or off.
When Mobile Hotspot is turned on, other Wi-Fi services are turned off.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Connections
    Mobile Hotspot & Tethering
    .
  3. Tap the
    Mobile Hotspot switch
     to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon.
    If prompted, review the warning then tap
    OK
     to confirm.
