Here's how to remove or delete apps if your Samsung Galaxy J3 V / Galaxy J3 (3rd Gen.) is unresponsive, freezes or an app won't open.
  • Apps included with the Android™ operating system may not have an uninstall option.
    Some apps that can't be uninstalled can be disabled (disabling apps may cause related apps to malfunction).
  • If uninstalling an app update, ensure auto-update is disabled for the specified app until the issue is resolved with the developer.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:

  3. Tap the appropriate app.
  4. Tap
    UNINSTALL
