My Verizon app - View Documents, Receipts and Agreements

Here's how to view past account documents, receipts and agreements via the My Verizon app.
  • Ensure your app is up to date as the following steps apply to the most recent version.
    If you're not able to access the My Verizon app, you can also visit the My Verizon website to manage your account.
  • Available settings vary based on user type (e.g., Account Owner, Account Manager, Account Member).
  1. Open the
    My Verizon app
     .
  2. Tap the
    Account tab
     (at the bottom).
    If prompted, enter your password then tap 'Sign in' or 'Next'.
  3. Tap
    Bills
    .
  4. Scroll to the bottom then tap
    Documents & receipts
    .
  5. If necessary, tap the date range then select a desired range.
  6. Tap the applicable receipt or agreement then tap
    View PDF
