My Verizon Website (Prepaid) - Move Prepaid Single Line to Family Account

Here's how to move a single prepaid line to a Prepaid Family Account via My Verizon.
  • The mobile number added to the family account becomes an account member.
  • All images below are examples. User experience, prices and available devices may vary.
  1. Sign in to the My Verizon website.
  2. From the left menu, click
    Add a Line
    .
  3. Click
    Merge Accounts
    .
  4. Enter the mobile number and account security code for the line being moved then tap
    Next
    .
    You can have up to 5 lines on the same prepaid family account.
  5. To continue, review the account changes then tap
    Confirm
    .
  6. From the confirmation page tap
    Done
    .
