Samsung Galaxy Note8 - Configure S Pen™ Settings

Here's how to configure S Pen settings on your Galaxy Note8.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up or down from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Advanced features
    S Pen
    .
  3. Tap any of the following to turn on Switch on or off Switch off :
    • Screen off memo
    • Air view
    • Direct pen input
    • Pointer
  4. From the Air Command section, tap
    Shortcuts
     then select the desired option(s).
    Tap the
    left arrow icon Back icon
    (upper-left) to return to the previous screen.
  5. Tap
    Floating icon
     to turn on or off.
  6. From the Removal section, tap
    When S Pen is removed
     then select an option (e.g., Open Air command, Create note, Do nothing).
  7. From the Feedback section, tap the any of the following to turn on or off:
    • Sound
    • Vibration
