Samsung Galaxy Note8 - Block / Unblock Numbers

Here's how to send unwanted calls directly to voicemail for your Galaxy Note8.
Calls and text messages from contacts or phone numbers added to the call blocking list are automatically ignored and the call is forwarded to Voicemail.

Add Block

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Phone icon Phone icon.
    If not available, swipe up or down from the center of the display then tap
    Phone
    .
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then tap
    Settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Block numbers
    .
  4. Enter a 10-digit number into the 'Add phone number' field then tap the
    Plus icon
    +
     located to the right of the field.
    To block or unblock unknown calls, tap the
    Block unknown calls switch
     Switch on to turn on or off.

Remove Block

  1. From a Home screen, tap the Phone icon Phone icon.
    If not available, swipe up or down from the center of the display then tap
    Phone
    .

     Remove icon located to the right of the corresponding number or contact.
