Verizon Smart Family - Add or Remove Trusted / Blocked Websites
Here's how to add / remove trusted or blocked websites via the Smart Family parent app on your device.
To perform the steps below, content filters must be set up so the dashboard appears.
- From the Smart Family™ parent app, tap theFamily Profiles tab(bottom menu).
- Choose the profile of the family member you wish to view.
- From the Parental Controls section, tapFilter content.
- From the Filter content dashboard, tapIndividual websites(at the bottom; may require scrolling).
- To block a website:
- TapAdd new blocked site.
- Enter the web address (e.g., www.example.com) then tapConfirm.
- To add a trusted website:
- TapAdd new trusted site.
- Enter the web address (e.g., www.example.com) then tapConfirm.
- To remove a blocked or trusted website:
- TapView allnext to Blocked or Always allow.
- To remove, tap theDelete iconlocated to the right of the corresponding web address.
- To confirm, tapConfirm.
