Here's how to check the available storage space on your Galaxy S8 / S8+.
To free up space if your device runs slow or crashes/resets, apps freeze when running them, or you can't save media, view this info.
  1. From a Home screen, touch and swipe up or down to display all apps.
    These instructions apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:

    Storage

  3. View Available space to see the remaining space on the device.
