Here's how to turn Mobile Hotspot for your Galaxy J3 V / J3 on or off.
When Mobile Hotspot is turned on, other Wi-Fi services are turned off.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps Apps icon
    Settings Settings icon

    These instructions apply to Standard mode only.
  2. Tap
    Mobile Hotspot and Tethering
    .
  3. Tap
    Mobile
    Hotspot
    .
  4. Tap the
    Mobile Hotspot switch
     to enable Switch on icon or disable Switch off icon.
  5. If presented with an Attention screen, tap
    OK
    .
