Turn Call Forwarding Off from Device

Here's how to turn immediate Call Forwarding or conditional Call Forwarding (No Answer / Busy Transfer) off from your device.
If you're not receiving calls, callers aren't getting through (e.g., fast busy signal, invalid number announcement, etc.) or they're reaching an unknown party, this info may help.
When outside of the Verizon wireless coverage area, use of a * (star) code may not be available.
  1. From the device you wish to disable Call Forwarding, dial
    *73
    .
If you don't have your device or *73 doesn't work, contact Customer Service to turn Call Forwarding on/off.
  2. Listen for a series of beeps then wait for call to automatically end.
If you're still not getting calls, check additional settings (e.g., Do Not Disturb, blocking, Quiet Mode, etc.) or apps (e.g., Verizon Smart Family™ etc.) that restrict incoming calls.
