Apple iPad - Perform a Device Restore
Here's how to restore your iPad if you're having app / touchscreen problems and / or audio and sync issues.
A device restore may help with a blank or frozen screen, apps crashing or freezing, keypad / touchscreen problems, can't hear, device making noises and device won't sync.
Perform a restore only if absolutely necessary as it removes all data including:
- Email accounts
- System and app data
- App settings
- Downloaded apps
- Music, pictures and videos (It's recommended to back up this data.)
