Transaction Defaults - Apple Pay®

Here's how to verify your info if you're having issues with Apple Pay payments.
Contact your respective financial institution for questions/issues related to: declined payments, making credit card payments, disputing charges or payments, canceling a card, reporting a card lost or stolen and requesting or replacing an ATM/Debit card.
  • For assistance with the initial setup of Apple Pay, refer to Initial Setup - Apple Pay.
  • Apple Pay lets you make purchases in stores with contactless payment technology, and in supported apps using unique security features built into the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPad Air 2 and iPad mini 3 with software version iOS 8 and later.

Default Card

  1. From the Home screen, tap
    Settings
    .
  2. Tap
    Wallet and Apple Pay
    .
  3. Tap
    Default Card
    .
  4. Verify the default card.
  5. The default Card has a check mark present.

Billing Address

  1. From the Home screen, tap
    Settings
    .
  2. Tap
    Wallet and Apple Pay
    .
  3. Tap
    Billing Address
    .
  4. Verify the default billing address.
  5. To add a new billing address, tap
    Enter New Billing Address
    .
    To add an address from your contacts, tap
    Add from Existing Contact
     and then choose a contact.
  6. Enter the billing address information then tap
    Done

Shipping Address
