Reply to a Visual Voicemail Message - LG

Here's how to reply to a Visual Voicemail message on your LG phone.
  • Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
  • Only Verizon wireless customers can receive Visual Voicemail messages.

Message

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Voicemail
     .
    If necessary, tap
    Verizon
     then tap
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail Inbox, touch and hold a message.
  3. Tap
    Reply
    .
  4. Tap
    Message
    .
  5. Tap
    Record
     to begin recording the voicemail message.
  6. When appropriate, tap
    Stop
     to discontinue recording.
  7. To review the message, tap
    Play
    .
    To re-record the message before sending, tap
    Re-record
    , tap
    Yes
     then repeat step 1.
  8. Tap
    Send
     (lower-right).
  9. From the Enter message field, enter a message.
  10. Tap
    Send
     (lower-right).

Email

  1. From a Home screen, tap
    Voicemail
     .
    If necessary, tap
    Verizon
     then tap
    Voicemail
    .
  2. From the Visual Voicemail Inbox, touch and hold a message.
  3. Tap
    Reply
    .
  4. Tap
    Email
    .
  5. Tap
    Record
     to begin recording the voicemail message.
  6. When appropriate, tap
    Stop
     to discontinue recording.
  7. To review the message, tap
    Play

    To re-record the message before sending, tap
    Re-record

    Yes
     then repeat step 1.
  8. Tap
    Send
     (lower-right).
  9. From the To field, enter the email address.
    As the email address is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be taped at any time.
    Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
  10. From the Subject field, edit the subject (if desired).
  11. From the message body, enter a message.
  12. Tap
    Send
     (upper-right).
