Add a Contact via Basic Visual Voicemail - LG
Here's how to add a contact on your LG phone via Basic Visual Voicemail.
New Contact
- From the Home screen, navigate:.Apps iconVoicemailIf necessary, tapVerizonthen tapVoicemail.
- From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the preferred message.
- Tap theMenu icon(upper-right) then tapAdd to Contacts.
- TapCreate contact.
- If presented, tap the desired account where the contact is stored.
- Enter any of following information then tapSAVE(lower-right).Depending upon the account type, the options presented may vary.
- Name
- Phone
- Email
- Address
- Events
- Add another field
- Phonetic name
- IM
- Notes
- Nickname
- Website
- Internet call
- Relationship
Update Contact
- From the Home screen, navigate:.Apps iconVoicemailIf necessary, tapVerizonthen tapVoicemail.
- From the Visual Voicemail inbox, tap the preferred message.
- Tap theMenu icon(upper-right) then tapAdd to Contacts.
- TapUpdate contact.
- Tap a contact.
- Tap the appropriate label to the right of the 10-digit number (e.g., Home, Mobile, Work, etc.).
- TapSAVE(lower-right).
