Volume Controls - LG G Pad 8.3 LTE

When you aren't getting notifications or your device doesn't vibrate / make sounds when receiving texts/email, you might need to adjust volume controls. Adjusting volume controls can help if you're not getting notifications/ringing/vibrating when receiving texts/email.
The volume can also be adjusted by pressing the volume button (located on the right side) up or down.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Apps Apps icon
    Settings Settings icon
    Sound & notification Sound settings icon
    .
  2. Tap
    Volume
     .
  3. Adjust any of the following then tap
    OK
     :
    • Notifications sound
    • Touch feedback & system
    • Music, video, games & other media
