Apple iPad - Turn Find My iPad On / Off

Here's how to turn the Find My iPad feature on or off.
  1. From a Home screen on your Apple® iPad®, tap
    Settings
     Settings icon.
  2. Tap your name (at the top).
  3. Tap
    Find My
    .
  4. Tap
    Find My iPad
    .
  5. Tap the
    Find My iPad switch
     to turn on On switch icon or off Off switch icon.
    If prompted, enter your Apple ID password then tap
    Turn Off
    .
  6. If desired, tap the
    Send Last Location switch
     to turn on or off.
