Verizon Jetpack® 4G LTE Mobile Hotspot MiFi® 5510L - Network Mode Settings

View this info on network mode settings if you're having issues with voice / data services on your Mobile Hotspot MiFi 5510L.

Admin Web Interface

  2. From the left menu, click
    Jetpack Settings
    .
  3. From the Advanced tab, click
    Continue
     (located on the right).
  4. Click
    Networks
    .
  5. From the "Preferred network technology" field, click the
    Dropdown menu
    .
  6. Click the appropriate setting:
    • Automatic (4G LTE, CDMA)
    • 4G LTE only
  7. Click
    Save Changes
     (lower-right).

Home Screen

  1. From the Home screen, select
    Menu
    .
    Utilize the Scroll buttons to highlight and the Select button to select.
  2. Highlight Mobile Network then select
    Open
    .

  3. From Mobile Network, select
    More
    .
    Mobile Network LCD Details Screen
  4. From Preferred Network, utilize the Scroll buttons to cycle through the available networks then select
    Set
    .
    • Automatic (4G LTE, CDMA)
    • 4G LTE only
  5. The device restarts in the selected network mode.
