Apple iPad - Use Apple ID with FaceTime

Here's how to manage your Apple ID for FaceTime use.
If you can't turn on or sign in to FaceTime, it may take up to 24 hours to activate on your device. For additional info, visit the Apple Support page.
  1. From the Home screen on your Apple® iPad®, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    FaceTime Facetime
    .
  2. If not already signed in, enter the Apple ID and Password then tap
    Sign In
    .
    Your Apple ID is displayed if you are already signed in.
  3. Verify the desired Apple ID is selected.
    Selected when a check mark is present.
