Apple iPad - Turn 4G LTE On / Off

Here's how to turn 4G LTE data for your iPad on or off.
  • The steps below don't apply to Apple® iPad® models running iPadOS 14 or higher.
  • Enabling LTE allows you to take advantage of increased data speeds.
  1. From a Home screen, navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Cellular Data
    .
  2. Ensure that the Cellular Data switch is turned On Switch On.
  3. Tap
    Cellular Data Options
    .
  4. Tap the
    Enable LTE switch
     to turn on Switch On or off Switch Off.
