Apple iPad - Contact App Developers

Here's how to contact third-party app developers from your iPad.
  1. From a Home screen on your Apple® iPad®, tap the
    App Store icon
     .
  2. Tap
    Search
    .
  3. Enter the name of the app in the search field then tap the app.
    If desired, tap the developer name (if available - above the 'Ratings & Reviews' section) to access developer's site.
  4. From the Ratings & Reviews section, tap
    Write a Review
    .
    If presented with Sign In, tap
    Use Existing Apple ID
    .
  5. To rate the app, choose the star rating.
  6. To submit a review, enter the following review info then tap
    Send
    :
    • Title
      : Enter title of review.
    • Review
      : Enter the review.
