Here's how to update to the latest version of iTunes on your computer.
  1. Open iTunes.
  2. If presented, click
    Download iTunes

    Help
     then click
    Check for updates
    .
    If not presented, Macintosh® users click
    iTunes
     then click
    Check for updates
    .
  3. If presented, ensure iTunes and QuickTime are selected then click
    Install item
    .
    Selected when a checkmark is present.
  4. To continue, review the License Agreement then click
    Accept
    .
  5. Click 'Yes' or 'OK'.
