Reply to a Visual Voicemail Message - TCL
Here's how to reply to a Visual Voicemail message on your TCL smartphone.
- Visual Voicemail isn't available for Prepaid service.
Reply with a Text Message
- From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tapVoice mail
.
If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display, then tapVoice mail. - From the Visual voicemail inbox, select a message.
- Tap theMenu icon
(upper-right).
- TapReplythen tapSMS/MMS.
- From the message field, enter a message if preferred.
- TapSend icon

Reply with an Email
- From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps then tapVoice mailIf unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display, then tapVoice mail.
- From the Visual voicemail inbox, select a message
- Tap theMenu icon
- TapReplythen tapEmail.
- If prompted, select an email type to use.
- From the 'To' field, enter the email address.As the email address is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be selected at any time.Repeat this step as necessary to add additional recipients.
- From the 'message' field, enter a message.
- TapSend(upper-right).
