Samsung Galaxy S23 FE - Wireless Emergency Alerts

Here's how to manage emergency alerts (e.g., AMBER Alerts, etc.) for your Galaxy S23 FE.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Notifications
    Advanced settings
    .
  3. Tap
    Wireless Emergency Alerts
    .
  4. Tap the
    Allow alerts
     switch to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon:
    Select any of the following to turn on or off.
    Presidential alerts can't be disabled.
    • Extreme alerts
    • Severe alerts
    • AMBER alerts
    • Public safety messages
    • State and local test
  5. From the 'Alert preferences' section, tap any of the following switches to turn on or off:
    • Vibration
      Alert reminderTap then select the preferred option (e.g., Once, Every 2 minutes, etc.).
    • Spanish
    • Speak alert message
