Here's how to turn Video Calling for your Galaxy S23 FE on or off.
  • To ensure Video Calling works properly, use the SIM card included with the device.
  • HD Voice isn't recommended if you use a TTY / TDD device.
  • HD Voice on the smartphone must be turned on if you use a 4G Network Extender.
  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If unavailable, swipe up from the center of the display then tap
    Phone
    .
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right).
  3. Tap
    Settings
    .
  4. Tap the
    Video Calling switch
     to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon.
    If presented, review the notification then tap
    OK
     to confirm.
