Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE 5G - Link / Unlink Contacts

Here's how to link or unlink duplicate contacts in your Galaxy Tab S9 FE 5G.
The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (Gmail™, Microsoft® Exchange, Facebook®, new entries, etc.). If contact info was joined in error, the info can be separated back into individual contacts.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Tap
    Contacts
     Contacts icon.
  3. Perform any of the following:
    • To link a contact:
      1. Tap the
        Menu icon
         Menu icon (upper-left).
      2. Tap
        Manage contacts
        .
      3. Tap
        Merge contacts
        .
      4. Select the contact(s) to link.
        Selected when a checkmark is present.
        Contacts may appear on the Number, Email or Name tabs.
      5. Tap
        Merge
        (at the bottom).
    • To unlink a contact:
      1. Select a contact.
      2. Tap
        Storage locations
        .
      3. Tap
        Unlink
         located to the right of the contact(s).
        To remove all linked contacts, tap
        Unlink all
        .
