View this info on network mode settings if you're having issues with voice / data services on your Galaxy Z Flip5.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Connections
    Mobile networks
    .
  3. Tap
    Network operators
    .
  4. If multiple mobile network plans are present (i.e., eSIM and physical SIM card), select the SIM from the tabs at the bottom of the screen.
  5. Tap the
    Select automatically switch
     to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    This setting is turned on by default and should only be turned off if needed. Turning this setting off may impact service.
    If the 'Select automatically' setting is turned off, follow the on-screen prompts to select an available network.
