TCL TAB 8 Plus - Volume Controls

Here's how to adjust the volume if your TAB 8 Plus doesn't vibrate or play sounds when receiving alerts / messages.
Adjusting volume controls can help if you're not getting notifications, sounds or vibrations when receiving texts or emails.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Sound
    .
  3. Adjust any of the following:
    Drag the slider left or right to adjust the level. If unavailable, ensure Do not disturb is turned off.
    • Notification volume
    • Media volume
    • Alarm volume
The volume can also be adjusted by pressing the
Volume buttons
 up or down.
