KYOCERA DuraForce PRO 3 - Set Up Fingerprint Recognition

Here's how to set up fingerprint recognition on your DuraForce PRO 3.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Security
    .
  3. Tap
    Face & Fingerprint Unlock
    .
  4. Enter the current PIN, password, or pattern.
  5. If presented, select a lock screen option (e.g., pattern, PIN, password) then follow the steps to complete the process.
    Refer to Enable / Disable / Modify Screen Lock for assistance.
  6. Tap
    Fingerprint
    .
  7. Review the message then tap
    I agree
    .
    May require scrolling.
  8. Place your finger on the sensor until it vibrates then lift.
    Power button side key is a fingerprint sensor.
    For the fingerprint scanner to operate, hands must be clean and moisture-free.
  9. Using on-screen prompts as a guide, lightly tap the fingerprint sensor multiple times to scan your fingerprint.
    Repeat this step until the process is complete.
    For greater accuracy, finger placement should vary slightly each time.
  10. Tap
    Done
