Here's how to configure Mobile / Wi-Fi Hotspot settings (e.g., password, security, timeout duration, etc.) on your DuraForce PRO 3.

Manage Mobile / Wi-Fi Hotspot Settings

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    Mobile Hotspot & tethering
    .
  3. Tap
    Wi-Fi hotspot
    .
  4. From the Wi-Fi hotspot screen, set up the following:
    • Hotspot name
    • Security
      • WPA3-Personal
      • WPA2/WPA3-Personal
      • WPA2-Personal
      • None
        If presented with a Warning screen, tap
        Continue
        .
    • Hotspot password
  5. Tap any of the following to turn on Switch on or off Switch off.
    • Use Wi-Fi hotspot
    • Turn off hotspot automatically
    • Extend compatibility

  3. Tap
    Wi-Fi hotspot

  4. Tap
    Advanced Mobile Hotspot settings
    .
  5. Tap
    Timeout settings
    .
  6. Select an option:
    • Never turns off
    • 5 minutes
    • 10 minutes
    • 20 minutes
    • 30 minutes
    • 60 minutes
