KYOCERA DuraForce PRO 3 - Manage Contactless Payments

Here's how to use the 'Contactless payments' service with your DuraForce PRO 3.
  • When NFC is turned on, you can use 'Contactless payments' to pay for items just by touching your phone to a reader at a checkout register. If your device doesn't have a payment app, you can browse Google Play™ for payment apps.
  • To use 'Contactless payments', NFC must be enabled.
  • To Download and Install apps, refer to Google Play Store - Install Apps.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings app icon
    Connected devices
    Connected preferences
    NFC
    .
  3. Tap
    Contactless payments
    .
  4. Tap
    Use default payment app
     then select one of the following:
    Selected when a dot is present.
    • Always
    • Except when another payment app is open
  5. Tap
    Default payment app
    .
  6. Select the preferred default payment service.
    Selected when a dot is present.
