KYOCERA DuraForce PRO 3 - Common Camera Settings

Here's info on common camera settings (e.g., flash, timer, front / rear camera, etc.) for your DuraForce PRO 3.
For additional support, refer to the Camera section of the user guide.
Available Camera Options

Zoom Slider

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Camera icon
     Camera Icon (at the bottom).
  2. Tap one of the following on the Zoom Slider to adjust the angle:
    • 1.0x
      : Activates main camera
    • 0.6x
      : Activated wide-angle camera

Switch Camera

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Camera icon
     Camera Icon (at the bottom).
  2. Tap the
    Camera Facing icon
     to determine which camera to use:
    Camera Facing Icon
    • Rear facing camera
    • Front facing camera

Flash

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Camera icon
     Camera Icon (at the bottom).
  2. Tap the
    Flash icon
     then select an option:
    Flash icon
    • Off
    • On
    • Auto
    • Light

Shot Mode

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Camera icon
     Camera Icon (at the bottom).
  2. From the 'Camera Menu Bar' section, tap the preferred mode:
    To view additional modes, scroll to the far right then tap
    More
    .
    • Night
    • Portrait
    • Photo
    • Video

HDR

HDR (High Dynamic Range) - Combines photos or videos taken at different exposures for one optimal photo or video.
  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Camera icon
     Camera Icon (at the bottom).
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     then select an option:
    Menu icon
  3. Tap
    More Settings
    .
  4. Tap the
    uto HDR
     to turn on Switch on image or off Switch off image.

Self Timer

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Camera icon
     Camera Icon (at the bottom).
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     then select an option:
    Menu icon
  3. From the Self timer section, select an option:
    • Off
    • 2 seconds
    • 5 seconds
    • 10 seconds

Storage Location

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Camera icon
     Camera Icon (at the bottom).
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     then select an option:
    Menu icon
  3. Tap
    More settings
    .
  4. Tap
    Storage
     to select the storage location.
    • Phone
    • SD card
      SD card must be inserted.
