KYOCERA DuraForce PRO 3 - Block / Unblock Numbers
Here's how to block messages and send unwanted calls directly to Voicemail for your DuraForce PRO 3.
If calls from a specific number go directly to Voicemail but you're still able to receive text messages, ensure the contact isn't set to automatically route to Voicemail by navigating:

, select the contact, tap the Menu icon
then tap (uncheck) All calls to voicemail
.Block a Number
- From a Home screen, tap thePhone icon
(lower left).
If unavailable, swipe up to display all apps then tapPhone. - Tap theMenu icon
(upper-right) then tap
Call settings. - TapCall rejection.
- Tap theUnknown number switchto turn on

- Tap theAdd icon
(upper-right).
- Tap CONTACTS or RECENTS, select the contact or phone number to block then tapADD.Calls from contacts or phone numbers added to the reject list are automatically ignored and the call is forwarded to Voicemail.
Unblock a Number
- From a Home screen, tap thePhone iconIf unavailable, swipe up to display all apps then tapPhone.
- Tap theMenu iconCall settings.
- TapCall rejection.
- From the 'Rejected numbers' section, tap a number.
- TapDELETEthen tapOK.
