KYOCERA DuraForce PRO 3 - Add a Wi-Fi Network

Here's how to connect your DuraForce PRO 3 to a Wi-Fi network.

Connect to an Available Wi-Fi Network

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    .
  3. Tap
    Internet
    .
  4. Ensure the Wi-Fi switch (upper-right) is turned on On Switch then tap the preferred Wi-Fi network.
    If the preferred network isn't listed, it can be added manually.
  5. If presented, enter the appropriate password then tap
    Connect
    .
    To view the password as it is being entered, tap (check)
    Show password
    .

Manually Connect to a Wi-Fi Network

Wi-Fi network info is required to complete several steps. Refer to the network admin for assistance.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    .
  3. Tap
    Internet
    .
  4. Ensure the Wi-Fi switch (upper-right) is turned on On Switch.
  5. Tap
    Add network
     (at the bottom).
  6. From the 'Network name field', enter the appropriate name.
  7. From the Security field, tap the
    Dropdown menu
     (on the right).
  8. Tap one of the following security options:
    If using an Open network (None), skip to step 9.
    • None
    • WEP
    • WPA/WPA2-Personal
    • WPA3-Personal
    • WPA/WPA2/WPA3-Enterprise
  9. From the Password field, enter the appropriate password.
    To view the password as it is being entered, tap (check)
    Show password

  10. Tap
    SAVE
