Here's how to restart the Verizon Receiver (LV65).
Rebooting the receiver causes existing Internet connections to disconnect.
  1. Unplug the Ethernet cable from the port on the power adapter labeled Receiver.

  2. Wait 1 minute.
  3. Plug the Ethernet cable back in.
  4. Wait 1-3 minutes for the initialization process to be completed.
  5. Attempt to connect to the internet.
