Here's how to clear cached data if your Galaxy S23 / Galaxy S23+ / Galaxy S23 Ultra runs slowly, crashes or resets, or apps freeze.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Locate then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible:
    1. Tap the
      Filter and sort icon
       Filter and sort icon.
    2. Tap the
      Show system apps switch
       to turn on Switch on icon.
    3. Tap
      OK
      .
  4. Tap
    Storage
    .
  5. Tap
    Clear cache
    .
    This option may not be available for some apps.
