Razer Edge 5G - Add eSIM Profile

Here's how to add a wireless carrier (cellular plan) on your Razer Edge 5G.
  • This tablet comes with a preconfigured eSIM (embedded SIM) profile and doesn't use a physical SIM card. You'll need to obtain a new eSIM profile from Verizon if the preconfigured profile is deleted or disabled, or the phone is reset and eSIM profile data is lost.
  • Only one eSIM profile can be active at a time.
These steps may be necessary if you've moved your device to a different line or performed a factory data reset and eSIM data was lost.
  1. Ensure your Razer Edge 5G is connected to Wi-Fi.
  2. From a Home screen, swipe up to access all apps.
  3. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    Carrier
    .
    If no eSIM profile is present, an 'Add carrier' prompt appears.
  4. From the 'Download your SIM' screen, tap
    Next
    .
  5. If prompted, grant requested permissions (e.g, SIM Manager).
  6. From the 'Use VZW?' prompt, tap
    Download
     (bottom-right).
  7. From the 'Download Finished' screen, tap
    Close
     (bottom-left).
    Once the info is programmed into the device, you can begin using your service.
    You may need to restart your phone after downloading eSIM info.
