Here's how to view and adjust sync settings on your Galaxy S23 / Galaxy S23+ / Galaxy S23 Ultra if you're not receiving email and app notifications.
Frequent account syncing can reduce battery life.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
    These instructions only apply to Standard Mode and the default Home Screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Accounts and backup
    Manage accounts
    .
  3. Tap the
    Auto sync data switch
     to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon.
    Turning off auto sync stops accounts from automatically refreshing your data and delivering notifications.
  4. Tap an account (e.g., Cloud, Email, Google, etc.).
  5. Tap
    Sync account
    .
  6. Tap the switch for individual items (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, Email, etc.) to turn on or off.
    The items presented vary depending upon account type.
    To perform a manual sync:
    1. Tap the
