moto g play - 2023 - Place a Conference Call

Here's how to place a conference call from your moto g play - 2023.

HD Voice allows calling with up to 6 parties while in a Verizon 4G LTE coverage area; however, each additional call must be initiated by the call originator.

From a Home screen, tap the

Phone icon

(lower-left).

If unavailable, swipe up from a Home screen to access all apps then tap

Phone

Do any of the following:

To place a call from the contacts list:

Tap the

Contacts tab

then select a contact.

Tap

Call

next to the appropriate number from the corresponding contact.

To manually call a 10-digit number:

From the Favorites or Recents tabs, tap the

Dialer icon

(lower-right).

Enter a 10-digit number then tap the

Call icon

Once the call is connected, tap

Add call

Enter a 10-digit number then tap the

Call icon

As the number or contact is entered, a matching contact may appear and can be selected at any time.

Once the call is connected, tap

Merge

To disconnect all calls, tap the

End call icon

(at the bottom).

To disconnect from either party, select

Manage

then tap the

End caller icon

located to the right of the corresponding party.
