Razer Edge 5G - Restart in Safe Mode

Here's how to restart your Razer Edge 5G into Safe Mode to help determine if an app is causing it to freeze, reset or run slowly.
Safe Mode puts your tablet into a diagnostic state (returned to default settings) so you can determine if a third-party app is causing your device to freeze, reset or run slowly.
An alternate method is available if the device is unresponsive or won't power on.
  1. To power off the device, press then quickly release the
    Power
     and
    Volume up button
     simultaneously so the 'Power off' prompt appears.

  2. Touch and hold
    Power off
     until the 'Reboot to safe mode' prompt appears then release.
  3. Tap
    OK
     to confirm.
    This process may take up to 45 seconds to complete.
    Upon reboot, 'Safe mode' appears in the lower-left of the unlock / Home screen.
