Razer Edge 5G - Link / Restore Contacts

Here's how to link contacts in your Razer Edge 5G or restore them to a previous backup.
  • The Contacts app uses an intelligent merge feature to combine contact info from various sources (Gmail™, Microsoft® Exchange, Facebook®, new entries, etc.). If contact info was joined in error, the info can be separated back into individual contacts
  • The options to Merge & fix and Restore are only available when a Gmail account is added to the device.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
  2. Tap
    Contacts
     Contacts icon.
  3. Perform any of the following:
    • To link a contact:
      1. Tap
        Fix & manage
         (bottom right).
      2. Tap
        Merge & fix
        .
      3. Tap
        Merge duplicates
        .
      4. Review the suggested contacts being merged then tap
        Merge
        .
        To merge multiple sets of contacts, tap
        Merge all
         (bottom right).
    • To unlink a contact:
      Contacts can't be unlinked. To undo changes made by Merge & fix, perform the steps to Restore contacts to a previous date/time.

        Contacts
         Contacts icon.
      2. Tap
        Fix & manage
         (bottom right).
      3. Tap
        Restore contacts
         then follow the on-screen instructions.
