Samsung Galaxy A14 5G - Stop Running Apps

Here's how to stop running apps if they freeze / hang or cause your Galaxy A14 5G to crash, reset or run slowly.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up from the center of the display to access the apps screen.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Locate and then select the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible:
    1. Tap the
      Filter and sort icon
       Filter and sort icon.
    2. Tap the
      Show system apps switch
       to turn on Switch on icon.
    3. From the 'Filter by' section, tap
      All
      .
      Selected when a circle is present.
    4. Tap
      OK
      .
  4. Tap
    Force stop
     (lower-right).
  5. To confirm, review the message then tap
    OK
    .
