Here's how to cancel Apple One from the My Verizon website.
  1. From a web browser, sign in to My Verizon using a user ID or mobile number that has Account Owner or Manager access privileges.
  2. From the My Verizon Home page, navigate:
    Account
    Services & perks
    .
    If accessing from a mobile browser, select the
    Menu icon
     horizontal line menu icon (upper-right) then navigate:
    Account
    Services & perks
    .
  4. From the 'Manage Services & Perks' section, click
    Manage
     in the 'Apple One' section.
    If necessary, select
    See All
     from the 'Manage Services & Perks' section then from the 'Apple One' section, select
    Manage
    .
  5. From the 'Apple One' screen, select
    Manage
    .
  6. From the 'Manage' section, select
    Remove
    .
  7. To proceed, review the message then select
    Remove Apple One
    .
    It may take up to 15 minutes for these changes to appear on your Verizon account.
