SHARP ROUVO V - View / Delete Call History

Here's how to view or clear the call history or delete individual calls from your ROUVO V.

View / Delete Call History

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If not available, tap the
    Arrow icon
     Arrow icon to display all apps.
  2. Tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu then tap
    Call History
    .
    Alternatively, tap the
    Call history icon
     Call history icon to view recent calls.
    To reset all your call history:
    1. Tap the
      Menu icon
       Menu (upper-right).
    2. Tap
      Call History
      .
    3. Tap
      Clear call history
      .
    4. From the 'Clear call history?' prompt, tap
      OK
       to confirm.

Delete Individual Calls

  1. From a Home screen, tap the
    Phone icon
     Phone icon (lower-left).
    If not available, tap the
    Arrow icon
     Arrow icon to display all apps.
  2. Tap the individual call you would like to delete.
  3. Tap the
    Call details icon
     Call details icon.
  4. Tap the
    Trashcan icon
     Trash icon (upper-right).
