Samsung Galaxy Watch5 / Galaxy Watch5 Pro - Add a Samsung Account

Here's how to add a Samsung account to your Galaxy Watch5 / Galaxy Watch5 Pro.

If the Samsung ID credentials can't be remembered, they can be retrieved or reset.

If necessary, refer to Samsung support to create an account.

From the watch screen, swipe up to open the apps screen.

Tap the

Settings icon

Tap

Accounts and backup

Tap

Samsung account

then follow the instructions to sign in.

A new account can't be created from the watch.

You can sign in or create an account using your companion phone.

From your Android™ smartphone, ensure the Galaxy Wearable / Samsung Galaxy Watch (Gear S) app is installed and updated.

From a Home screen on your companion phone, open the

Galaxy Wearable app

Tap

Watch settings

Tap

Accounts and backup

Tap

Samsung Account

then follow the instructions to sign in or create an account.
