ORBIC JOY - Network Mode Settings

View this info on network mode settings if you're having issues with voice / data services on your ORBIC JOY.
  1. From a Home screen on your ORBIC® JOY, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    Mobile network
    .
  3. Tap the
    Automatically select switch
     to turn on Switch on icon or off Switch off icon.
    This setting is turned on by default and should only be turned off if needed. Turning this setting off may impact service.
    If the 'Select automatically' setting is turned off, follow the onscreen prompts to select an available network.
