ORBIC JOY - Manage Mobile / Wi-Fi Hotspot Settings

Here's how to configure Mobile / Wi-Fi Hotspot settings (e.g., password, network name, timeout, etc.) on your ORBIC JOY.
  1. From a Home screen on your ORBIC® JOY, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Network & internet
    Hotspot & tethering
    .
  3. Tap
    Mobile hotspot
    .
  4. Tap
    Use Wi-Fi hotspot
     then tap to turn on Switch on.
  5. From the Wi-Fi hotspot screen, set up the following.
    • Hotspot name
    • Security
      • WPA3-Personal
      • WPA2/WPA3-Personal
      • WPA2-Personal
      • None
        If presented with a Warning screen, tap
        Continue
        .
    • Hotspot password
  6. Tap
    Keep Mobile Hotspot on
     then choose an option:
    • Always
    • Turn off when idle for 5 min
    • Turn off when idle for 10 min
    • Turn off when idle for 20 min
    • Turn off when idle for 40 min
    • Turn off when idle for 60 min
