Here's how to check available space if your ORBIC JOY runs slowly / crashes, apps freeze or you can't save media.
To free up space if your ORBIC® JOY runs slow or crashes / resets, apps freeze when running them, or you can't save media, view this info.
If the device memory is full, these items may be moved from internal storage to an SD / memory card or removed from the device:
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to display all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Storage
    .
  3. View the available space from the following sections:
  4. Tap
    Free up space
     to remove unused items.
