Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 - Turn App Permissions On / Off

Here's how to turn permissions for installed apps on your Galaxy Z Fold4 on or off.
  • Downloaded apps designed for Android™ only ask for permission the first time you use a feature rather than asking for permissions out of context.
  • Turning off certain permissions may result in basic features no longer working as intended.
  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to access the apps screen.
These instructions only apply to Standard mode and the default Home screen layout.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps
    .
  3. Tap the
    Filter and sort icon
    Filter and sort then tap
    All
    .
If system apps aren't visible, tap
    Show system apps
    .
  4. Locate then select the appropriate app.
  5. If available, tap
    Permissions

      3. Tap the
        Back icon
Back arrow icon (upper-left) to return to App permissions.
