Here's how to clear cached data if your TCL TAB Disney Edition runs slowly, crashes or resets, or apps freeze.

Clear Individual App Cache

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to view all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Apps & notifications
    .
  3. Tap
    SEE ALL 'xx' APPS
    .
  4. Tap the appropriate app.
    If system apps aren't visible, tap the
    Menu icon
     Menu icon (upper-right) then tap the
    Show system
    .
  5. Tap
    Storage & cache
    .
  6. Tap
    CLEAR CACHE
    .
    This option may not be available for some apps.

Clear All Cached Data

  1. From a Home screen, swipe up to view all apps.
  2. Navigate:
    Settings Settings icon
    Storage
    .
  3. Tap
    Internal shared storage
    .
  4. Tap
    FREE UP SPACE
    .
  5. Tap
    Clean
    .
